Adam Mesnick is board chairman at Deli Board on San Fransisco’s popular destination Folsom Street. He left a career in mortgage banking to pursue his passion for sandwiches in 2011. Upon opening, a review in Eater said of at least one sandwich that it “elicits almost weeping gratitude from his clientele.”
