Sarah Tenaglia

Sarah Tenaglia was a food editor at BA for over 25 years before stepping out to work as a culinary consultant and food stylist. Today, she works with restaurants, food publications, and more, assessing menus and creating original recipes to fit client specifications. Prior to BA, Sarah was a pastry chef at Chez Panisse. She is also the author of three cookbooks, including Punch Bowls and Pitcher Drinks, published by Clarkson Potter, and editor of three more.
